"very good"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Anything else?

Attended today 23rd August with my husband he was the patient arrived at 08.30 following a call to switchboard for clinic time(really should be on web page) gave name at this time and waited until 9.30 to be seen by nurse and a further 40 minutes to be seen by Dr who was excellent explained what he was doing and what the problem was. I don't have a very high opinion of Queens in general but today I felt we received good treatment.

Response from Queen's Hospital

Thank you for posting your experience on NHS Choices. I was pleased to hear you had a positive experience at the hospital. We are working hard to ensure that all patients have a good experience of the care we provide. I will certainly ask our IT team to look at including clinic times on our website, although we do have several hundred clinics running across our hospitals. Thank you for the suggestion. Yours sincerely, Flo Panel-Coates Director of Nursing
