Attended today 23rd August with my husband he was the patient arrived at 08.30 following a call to switchboard for clinic time(really should be on web page) gave name at this time and waited until 9.30 to be seen by nurse and a further 40 minutes to be seen by Dr who was excellent explained what he was doing and what the problem was. I don't have a very high opinion of Queens in general but today I felt we received good treatment.
