I felt I had to share our experience of the above, my daughter had an operation there on Thursday. I found all staff exceptional, we were treated so well that my daughter was at ease at all times, she was not worried at all, everything was explained to her in a way she understood (she is 5). We were all treated very well and i cannot thank you enough for making it as nice as possible. It was clear that all staff cared immensley, not only about the patient but us as parents. The playworkers and Activity Centre were fab, keeping my daughter amused and her mind occupied. I am so relieved that an experience that could have been very frightening for a child was not and was handled beautifully. Thank you so much.
