I spent just over two weeks on ward 4 of heartlands hospital. I can recommend the hospital for cleanliness, efficiency and food. The staff make the hospital stand out. From the cleaners, health care professionals to the nursing staff their professionalism, skills and cheerfulness could not be faulted. Nothing was too much bother and I was very well looked after. The only issue my visitors had was the long walk to the ward.
