Attended imaging today for a GP x ray. The lady on reception was indifferent and I witnessed her sensing patients to other Areas incorrectly as they returned some with staff members correcting her. This was during a protracted wait without any apology given for over an hour from 08.40 onwards. Eventually taken to a sub waiting area behind the scenes and left waiting again. When I had my x ray the radiographer commented in a joking way about my large size . I am average build and certainly smaller than most staff I saw ! I had trouble understanding the mans poor lack of English and witnessed others having the same issue. This certainly wasn't a good patient experience: Poor reception No communication about delays. Staff not having a good grasp of English Language.
