What I liked
The staff were really pleasant and helpful.
What could be improved
The level of cleanliness was atrocious. There was a good half inch of dirt and fluff on a pipe near my seat and there was also a huge amount of dust around the edge of the floor. A member of staff who had come from another hospital also commented on the lack of cleanliness.
