I have had problems with my ears , nose are and throat since October last year. I was referred to ENT department at heartlands hospital. All the staff that I have came in contact with I cannot praise enough. All the receptionists have been pleasant and helpful. All the staff , the nurses ,doctors , etc in all the departments that I have frequented the consultant, hearing department, CT and ultra sound ,blood and pre-op department have been friendly and informative and do a wonderful and efficient job. I attended the day surgery unit for a small operation and the care I received was faultless all the nurses the Anaesthetist and the man that prepared me for the operation and my surgeon and all were so kind. Being so nervous everyone puts you at ease and explains everything to you. I got an infection and had to have an emergency appointment to see a consultant. The consultant I saw, his care was excellent. Thank you to everyone mentioned above and thank you to all Mr Howes team in theatre that were apart of my operation .
