On the 10th july I was admitted to Airedale hospital for a minor operation, at first I was rather skeptical about having the procedure done on the NHS and was thinking about going private. However I am so glad I didn't. The quality of care from your staff on ward 20 was outstanding, I have never received care like it, from the moment I stepped through the doors of the ward to the moment I left I felt completely in safe hands. The nurses were so lovely and helpful and constantly checked on me, as well as making lovely toast and tea. The anaesthetist put me right at ease as he saw I was petrified and made me feel right at home along with the rest of the surgical team. The NHS has had bad press lately but the quality of care I received has put my faith back into the NHS . Would recommend this hospital to anyone
