"Keep up the good work."

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Gastroenterology

(as a relative),

I was most impressed by the care my relative received at GRI.

The nurses couldn't have been more caring. They informed me at every stage of changes in my relatives condition and I left after every visiting hour knowing that he was in good hands.

They were caring, focused and kept me up-to-date on every clinical change. I cannot praise them enough. In an age where we are quick to criticise, I feel it is equally important to give praise where it is due. Keep up the good work! !

Many thansk for your very kind feedback. It means a great deal to staff to read these comments and I will ensure that this is passed on to Gastroenterology staff at the GRI.

I am sure they will be thrilled to read these remarks and I would like to thank you for taking the time and trouble to provide these.

Paul
