"Cannot express enough thanks"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I was terrified going into hospital for a vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal repairs but the whole experience gave me every confidence in the NHS.

Everyone was so kind. From the admissions lounge to the recovery room and on the ward.

I cannot express enough thanks.

I am responsible for everything to do with facilities, estates and IT. This includes our £50m building programme, food, cleaning, estates, porters, telephones, IT, transport, car parks and anything similar. Also leading our new Patient Experience Programme.
