(as the patient),

Had a coil fitted at Batley cash clinic, was very nervous before I came, until I met Dawn the HCA, I was very comfortable with her she was so friendly, and held my hand throughout the procedure. Dr Becky Strauss was lovely and explained everything to me, she is a very good doctor and a master in her job. should be more people like them.

I was scared to go to my gp as they dont explain things to me, I felt so comfortable with both of them
