About: Heartlands Hospital / General surgery

I was referred to Heartlands Hospital ENT department after having problems with my ears nose and throat. During my visits I have attended the hearing, blood, CT and Ultra sound and pre op departments. All the receptionists doctors and nursing staff have been friendly and kind and informative and do a wonderful and efficient job. I had a small operation and all the nurses, doctors, anaesthetist, surgery preparation, my surgeon and surgery team were so kind in looking after me. I was referred to another consultant as an emergency as I got an ear infection again he gave me the most wonderful care. Thank you to all concerned.
