"Second visit to T5"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital

Anything else?

The first time I was on this ward the staff were amazing (well, most of them - cutting and dyeing hair in the middle of the night and leaving the nurses station unattended) The second time? What a joke. A Junior doctor and an anaesthetist both told me that my previous surgery had been for bowel cancer. That was news to me, had a tumour removed that was benign. After that was left alone. Discharged with no after care advice at all, no sick note no nothing. Shame on you . Last time I tried to make a complaint against a nurse but was told 'they shouldn't have done that' only to find this visit they behaving in exactly the same way. Why no after care advice? Is it because I complained about one of your staff?
