What I liked
I had a Hip Arthroscopy and from entering the hospital at 07.00 to leaving at 18.00 I felt 'looked after' all the time. The post operative ward was very clean and the cleaners were constantly working all the time I was there. Once they finished the ward the started again! I never felt alone or not looked after as the nurses were always assisting you when ever you needed it. You never once felt that it was 'too much bother' for them which is what I have felt with some other hospitals. Other hospitals have got alot to do to keep up to Chapel Allerton Hospital standard!
What could be improved
I can't think of a single thing to improve the hospital apart from maybe a bit more parking. If this is all I can say to improve such a NHS hospital then I think Chapel Allerton has passed with flying colours.
