Having fractured my ankle, I attended at Barrow Infirmary A&E department. I was examined and treated very quickly in a highly proficient and courteous manner. I was kept in overnight for Consultant observations the following day. The ward staff (Ward 5) are very helpful and friendly. I found that overall the treatment and service was exceptionally good.
