About: Adult community services / Stoma prescription service

(as a service user),

I am very happy with the prescription service. It is useful as it cuts visits to the surgery and chemist.

Products are delivered to my door, usually within 48 hours after ordering. The ladies who answer the phone are polite and helpful.

I was recently advised to see the stoma care nurse and they were concerned that I wasn't happy with the stoma products and pointed me to the nurse.

Very happy with the service.
