About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

From the outset (leaflet in the post) I have found the process most helpful. I now have two new hearing aids!

My appointment was carried out by Susannah at Specsavers in Wellington, Telford, who I can only describe as "excellent" with a very welcoming personality.

A very satisfactory and worthwhile experience throughout.
