What I liked
Had a CT Scan in the new Bexley Wing. The wing was immaculate. Everything was clean and tidy and had a good spacious feeling walking through.
Arrived at the department 15 minutes early and was greeted warmly and asked to sit down. 60 seconds later was taken through for scan straight away. 5 minutes after arriving was finished and leaving, still 10 minutes before my appointment time.
What could be improved
Took a moment to figure out whereabouts in the hospital I was and where I needed to get to when arriving on floor -2. Wasn't immediately obvious was on floor -2 so I assumed I was on floor 0, which was the floor I wanted. Once found out which floor was on was easy enough to find the department.
