"I have just spent six nights as ..."

What I liked

I have just spent six nights as an in-patient on Ward 62 in Lincoln Wing and want to say that all the doctors and nurses who treated me were absolutely excellent.

It was my first stay as a patient in hospital and I was somewhat apprehensive as to what the experience would be like .... looking back, I have to mark everyone 10/10 for their care, attention and support.

What could be improved

My only negatives are:

a) the food isn't the most appetising. (cornflakes for breakfast and choosing sandwiches for lunch/evening meal got me through). Having said that, trying to provide great meals for a hospital of Jimmy's size must be a huge task.

b) my family used the dining room on Gledhow Wing which was ok but we thought expensive.

c) car parking could be better (and cheaper).
