What I liked
The midwifes on the delivery suite were very good.
The food in hospitals has improved
What could be improved
Communication between the staff and the patient. This relates to the antenatal suite and the obseteric doctors.
Patients should be kept informed of what is happening with their management instead of being left for 6-12 hours with no communication.
Invovling the patient in discussions about the treatment options.
Treat patients with the respect and dignity they deserve.
It would seem no one is accountable for their jobs and happiy blame others or wait until their shift is over so they don't have to complete their job. Some staff are happy to not take any patient care responsibility.
