A visitor to the area enjoying a walk when I slipped and landed heavily. In great pain I was taken to Torbay Hospital A & E. After a short wait I was X-rayed and diagnosed with a cracked pelvis. I would like to record my thanks to the staff, doctors and porters for their dedication and treatment. I was later discharged with a walking frame, medication and advice. Thank you again.
