Anything else?
Had a hearing test today, which was conducted in a very professional manner, the young man was very kind and helpful...he took time to discuss the results with me afterwards...10/10, as was my hearing. The star ratings above are solely for him... I will not comment about the consultant...save I was just disappointed...
