"Prescription does not carry me through the month"

Have found the staff very helpful and professional. The only thing I find is that my prescription does not carry me through the month.

Dear Absolute756, Thank you for your posting on Patient Opinion, we are pleased to hear that you have found staff to be helpful and professional.

With regard to your comment regarding your prescription, the prescription content and requirement for the month is worked out by the Dietitian at your interview. The amount of Gluten free products has therefore been worked out to provide a certain energy value to your diet. The service is able to prescribe the core food items and additional amounts can be purchased from supermarkets and pharmacies. If you have any concerns, please may I suggest you contact the Dietitian you saw, who would be happy to discuss this with you further.
