About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

1) I went to my GP regarding groin issue

2) Referred to physio

3) Advised TRAQS would call; they did the next day

4) Wait for physio is lengthy (disappointed)

5) Polite staff at TRAQS

6) Await contact from Maddocks regarding appointment.

Thank you for providing feedback. We are pleased to note that TRAQS were able to assist you with your referral. The current waiting time for a routine appointment at Maddocks Clinic is 4 weeks and we can appreciate that this may be longer than anticipated. However, the waiting time is dependent upon the number of patients waiting for an appointment. We hope that you receive your appointment shortly and can begin to benefit from the treatment.
