"The signage within the hospital ..."

About: Castle Hill Hospital

(as a relative),

What could be improved

The signage within the hospital needs to be vastly improved. We visited the website before visiting to ascertain where the ward was. That was a futile exercise as the map bore no resemblance to the hospital grounds, we ended up getting lost & it was freezing. We were also some 20 minutes late for visiting which was very disappointing for my mother in law who we'd gone to visit.

The Castle Hill website could do with a little updating to be more user friendly, try looking at the St James Leeds website which is very helpful. We had cause to visit several times there last year & didn't get lost once, not bad as we were total strangers to the area.
