I have not been in to the hospital yet, I had an appointment I had to cancel and very rudely I was told why did I book it in the first place if I was going to cancel, I explained I had an emergency to attend to, and was told again abruptly ok,il book another, she didn't really give me a choice and booked it.

The way in which staff speak with patients and the public is extremely important and I am sorry to read of your experience.
