What I liked

I have spent time in this hospital a few times and found the care and treatment was good each time, all the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The ward us very clean and each time a patient was discharged the beds were cleaned to a high standard and the ward was cleaned to a high standard every day.

As a menber of staff NHS for another trust I know just how stressful the job can be and not once did I find the staff passed this on to me as a patient. I think other hospitals could take note of your high standards.
