How lovely to speak to someone who really cares, rang regarding a few appointments I had attended and had coming up, Anne (Dr Bloomer's secretary) reassured me everything was fine, as I still hadn't heard from my own GP.
It was as if she had all the time in the world to speak to me, and I can imagine how busy she is.
So I wanted to say a big thank you for your customer service, and for caring.
