"Had to wait an hour but was happy with appointment"

(as the patient),

Friendly, but on arrival to "clinic 6" I was told that the doctor was an hour late on his shift, so I would have a 50 minute wait. It turned out to be around an hours wait.

I was happy with the appointment, advice and next steps once I received my appointment.

As a small positive I am reassured to hear that the clinic told you that there would be a delay, the reason for this and the likely length of time (albeit that this was slightly longer than you were originally advised). This is a valuable lesson for other clinics where this is not always the case. We are also glad to hear that you were happy with the appointment after the delay.
