"Everything went smoothly"

I visited Dewsbury Podiatry clinic in July. I had an appointment to get insoles fitted for my shoes. Everything went smoothly.

The nurse was lovely. I’m quite a nervous person, and when I attended the clinic I was quite up tight. I think the nurse noticed this and tried extra hard to make me feel at ease.

After my appointment it wasn’t long until I could pick up my insoles. I have them for flat feet, but because I also have problems with my hips it causes a bit of discomfort still. Even changing my shoes affects how I walk.

I don’t think there is anything this service could improve on.
