"Physio made me feel at easy on every visit"

About: Community Health Services / Community physiotherapy

(as the patient),

I referred myself in to the physio due to pain in my left arm. At the first visit it was soon established that the pain in my arm was due to a problem with my neck.

I was kept fully aware and informed about each procedure the physio was performing. I was treated with respect and dignity.

I was given the time to ask any questions I had with regards to my treatment. Overall, my physio Emma at Lowe House was very professional and made me feel at easy on every visit.
