2 Hour waiting time While I was being examined by the doctor people where walking in and out of the room getting “stuff” from draws, even though the door to the room was closed After 3 hours I was told yes we can see you are in pain and it is originating from the ear but as we can’t see what the root cause is the good news is ENT can’t do any else for you! When I asked what my options where I was told, errrr, hmmmm maybe go back to your GP. I wasted 3 hours of my life to be told nothing that I and my GP already know. Never, ever again will go step foot in this department.

I am sorry that your experience was not to the standard that we expect. We are currently identifying a more suitable storage area for supplies, so that in the future it will not be necessary for staff to interrupt consultations.
