"hopeless"

About: Barnsley Hospital

Anything else?

The staff here are kind and helpful but the whole system is hopeless. Appointments take for ever and test results seem to disappear for, literally, months. They seem to have all the time in the world, which patients do not. The running of the whole place is slow and inefficient and badly needs someone who's knows what they are doing to come in, take over and reorganise the place to turn it into a hospital that the people of Barnsley deserve. Until then, I will be asking to be referred to Sheffield, they know how to run a hospital.
