I think you have to be very careful as most reviews are written by people that have had negative experiences.. I am pleased by the service and care provided during my diagnostic endoscopy. The procedure was done in the day stay unit which it new and very clean. The staff were brilliant and formed a fantastic team. They were so friendly and made it as pleasant as possible for me. I was glad that I decided on having sedation, it was very mild but enough that I was only slightly awake while I was gagging (this is a normal reaction) as procedure was done. I rested for some time before going home with the feeling of having a decent nap. Still waiting for results though but thats ok.
