VERY GOOD SERVICE ON WARD 36 MY MOTHER IS IN AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME BECAUSE ITS FOR OLDER LADYS I STILL THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO THE TV SYSTEM AS THE REST OF THE WARDS AT A LESS CHARGE INSTEAD OF WATCHING FOOTBALL ON ONE TV NOT VERY GOOD I DONT THING DO YOU MOST LADIES ARE FROM THE AGE OF 65 TO 95 THANK YOU AGAIN

What could be improved

PAY TV AS THE REST BUT AT A LESSER CHARGE PLUS TELEPHONE SO THEY CAN KEEP INTOUCH WITH THE FAMILY DONT YOU THINK THEY SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT AS THE REST OF THE PEOPLE IN THE SYSTEM THANK YOU
