What I liked
As a member of hospital staff I have recently also become a patient of the Gynaecology Dept at CRH. The Consultant and Nursing staff (of all grades) were helpful, polite, friendly and reassuring.
The reassurance and information given was especially important for me. It may seem that Nurses know all about everything, but we don't and when we are worried about our health or facing a treatment we know virtually nothing about, we become just as any other patient, in need of reassurance and a friendly face or three.
The care I have received has been first class. Treatment was unhurried and well explained, as were the after effects.
What could be improved
It's hard to think of anything ... apart from the obvious PARKING !!!
