"I was treated in the Day Surgery ..."

What I liked

I was treated in the Day Surgery Unit so only had a brief time in hospital but I was very happy with the experience. I have a follow up appointment 7 days after surgery. I was given sufficient medication and instructions before leaving and recieved a phone call the day after surgery to check everything was ok and I didn't have any problems.

What could be improved

There was a long waiting time between arrival and being taken to the ward before the surgery, which was very boring although the waiting area was nice and comfortable with tv and plenty of reading material.
