"The midwife was very good and ..."

What I liked

The midwife was very good and listened to how I wanted my labour to progress. The water birth I had was fantastic even though the birth was very fast. This was my 5th baby so I know hoe things should be done.

What could be improved

The disappointing bit was after the shift change over the other midwife was obviously not aware of how the birth had gone or that I had started to hemorage afterwards he was only intersested in the fact that the birth had gone well. There was blood all over the floor which the cleaning staff refused to clean so the midwife had to do it! I missed the lunch and dinner trolley so had NO food all day apart from a slice of toast after the birth.
