I am really disappointed and very angry that I wasted my money £4000 to this hospital. I was admitted on the 11th of August for PCNL after paying too much but every one was telling me health is wealth. I was unattended to after the surgery. The night nurses were great but the day nurse was too busy. She comes to my room after 5-10 minutes of pressing the call bell and on Wednesday, the day of my discharge, after the doctor discharged me around 12pm, at 4pm. I was still waiting for the nurse to give me my medication. I had to take out the IV needle from my hand myself. Collected my drugs from the Pharmacy myself. What was the money I paid for if I couldn't get the service.
