"MRI letter missing."

About: Tameside General Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

Had MRI scan 22nd March not explained why. Apparently results sent to me and GP, but surgery have not received them nor have I. Informed PALS, surgery and complaints, still awaiting them. Asked via phone and letter.

If informed when sent Post Office would look into why not delivered. Other results also missing. Was informed by hospital doctor I should have them as hospital procedure and he said MRI had been sent.

Results are important otherwise why do test then forget about them, even GP not informed. My GP wasn't even informed of injury to foot in January which I am still awaiting help with.

Update posted by Walks9 (the patient)

I have made many attempts to get letters and also about scan, xray, heart monitor results but no joy. Hospital procedure does not seem to be working for some. So it appears the hospital will want me to pay for their procedure failure. Very poor.
