Last year I had kidney issues and was on the martlesham ward for a week, at this point I was 19 and just wanted to be home I was unable to do things for myself that week and the nurses were very kind about it and put all my worries to rest, whenever I needed pain relief they were there straight away and over all made my stay comfortable. Last night however, I went to the out of hours clinic and was very disappointed. Myself and my other half waited half an hour over our appointment time, then when I said i was there for a dental reason, she completely ignored it and was more concerned about my chesty cough. We sat around for two hours for me to be put on a nebuliser, given anti-biotics then "thank you have a nice night" by this point it was 1am, and I was very upset and still in pain that what I came there for was completely ignored.
