I was there for a small operation, After returning from the theatre to ward C22 to recover from the operation. Soon after being placed in ward C I visited the toilet facility and to my horror I found one of the large bed sanitary pads on the floor of the toilets. I looked around for a nurse but they were none to be seen. I picked it up and placed it in the bin. The following day the cleaners went into the toilets, emptied the two bins and left. Did not even wash the sink, toilet or floor which I am sure would have been covered will urine. Disgusting nights stay.
