"Lack of care within all levels of staff"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted following a heart attack. I was left in a passage way, under an open window through which rain was coming. I asked staff to close it but all said it wasnt their job. I was later taken for an xray and the porter pushing my bed managed to get one of my introvenus tubes caught on a radiator. I told them but they ignored me, continuing to push the bed and thus ripping it out of my arm. Typical of the total lack of basic human care.
