"a big thank you"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital

Anything else?

I have come home today after spending three days on the invicta ward. i had been told i may have had a mini stroke on top of suspected bells palsye. so as u can imaging i was a little worried. The main thing that i wanted to comment on was how friendly an reassuring the staff were towards me. i was made to feel very safe in their hands and cannot fault any part of their treatment. I was present when another patiences vistior became quite agressive toward a member of staff, but she dealt with it in a calm and fair approach. People are often quick to complain but i think its time people who really care should be thanked for what they do. i no i couldnt do what they have to do. well done!!!
