I attended the orthodontics department Friday 16th August 2013 PM to see a consultant and his team to have the first part of my treatment done. the consultant and his team kept me informed throughout with what they were doing and what they were going to do.The atmosphere was relaxed and informal which put me at ease as i was nervous and they were also very quick to see me. Great team of nurses and receptionists alongside who were also quick to book my next appointments and also showed empathy. Thank you to all the team, i could not ask for a better team to see me through this long treatment that i am about to undergo.
