Anything else?
I was admitted onto ward 11. The ward I think is new or refurbished but extremely clean and not cramped lots of space! The staff were lovely! The only bad part was the long walk to theatre but it was good to stretch my legs a bit I suppose. The anaesthetist was brilliant making jokes whilst he was sorting me out the next thing I was waking up in recovery. I wasn't there very long but received the best possible care whilst I was. Staff back on ward 11 again brilliant in helping me to get back on the chair and protecting my privacy whilst I got ready to go home. Helping me walk to the toilet etc. I didn't feel rushed at any point to get home. All in all a positive experience, I was a little concerned that no one was allowed to stay with me on ward 11 feeling very nervous about what was coming but in all honesty it wasn't that bad. I soon settled into the ward and felt at ease.
"No complaints"
