Not happy with the care my children are receiving, my children's last appointment was in nov '12 One of which had his appointment changed to yearly my other 2 was for 3 to 4 months, I had one appointment come through for one child in may an not the other child when they all attend together, but May's appointment was cancelled, I have phoned so many times and have been in to the department twice, and have seen an email sent an last time was told I can only pass the message on but I'm not suppose to, as consultant has her own team that deals with it all, all you can do is try phoning again... I have phoned so many times an no one ever answers the phone, I have now received an appointment for my child who went to yearly appointments and still nothing for my other 2. This is not the first time either there nov 12 appointment was 6 months late to... An it just seems to have got worse there after. I'm planning on another trip to the department an this time I will not leave until I have the appointments in my hand. Very very poor NHS!
