I was admitted to the Day Surgery unit for a routine operation. I was treated with respect and kindness throughout my stay. I was kept informed as to the progress of my treatment and could not have received better care anywhere! The nurses, anaesthetist and surgeon were all friendly, approachable and informative. I couldn't speak more highly of them! There are so many negative reports of the NHS that people forget that the vast majority of NHS staff are just quietly getting on with their jobs in a professional and efficient manner. The staff at the Princess Anne Hospital are a perfect example of how it should be done. Well done to you all and thank you!
