What I liked

I do not like anything at this hospital. My mothers experience has been one of neglect by the nursing staff, who have ignored her, forgotten to give medication, long delays in putting up drips and not emptying the commode.

My mother could have died as a result of neglect in this hospital. Patients deserve better.

What could be improved

Cleaning. Nursing care. Improvements in technical expertise of nuses. Provision of basic equipment like pumps to work drips. Repair of call buzzers in rooms. Light bulbs put in overhead lights. Communication. Re-training of nurses in basic cleanliness and patient care.
