I was very nervous for this appointment like I'm sure many women are, but I believe the consultantand her assistant were absolute angels. Could not have done anything more to put me at ease and both have the patience of a saint, felt like they were as kind to me as they would be to their own family. So many people are quick to make a complaint but not enough to praise where credit it due, as much as I hope I won't need to see them in the future I know if this was the case I'd be alot more calm about it! I hope this message is passed on to both of them and they realise how good a job they do, thank you again.
