"Consultant was exceedingly understanding and explained my condition"

I was referred to Mr Scott, ENT consultant, and I saw him at the Princess Royal Hospital in Telford.

The whole experience was very good. I felt nervous because I have acute episodes of vertigo and I was apprehensive about him inducing an attack, but he was exceedingly understanding and explained my condition to me very well.

Mr Scott was informative and professional, and I felt well cared for. He made a further referral for an MRI scan and physiotherapy.

The whole procedure was time effective and efficient. I left feeling reassured and impressed by the service.
